Rhys Cain

Rhys is an Associate Partner in our Strategy and Transactions team and the leader of the Turnaround and Restructuring Services team in New Zealand. Rhys is a Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner in New Zealand and an appointed Official Liquidator in the Cook Islands.

He has worked on a broad range of insolvency, restructuring, and investigation assignments and has led frontline teams in Proceeds of Crime assignments and fraud investigation cases. He has experience in both public and private sectors, having previously held the position of Official Assignee for the South Island prior to moving to the private sector in 2006
