Larissa Logan
Larissa leads the Auckland Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team and has over 10 years’ experience in Turnaround and Restructuring. Prior to becoming a chartered accountant, Larissa gained considerable commercial experience. Not only does this inform her work and perspective, but also means Larissa has genuine empathy for clients facing the pressures involved in the turnaround of distressed companies. Larissa’s collaborative approach and strong work ethic assists clients to improve outcomes, irrespective of tight deadlines and complex circumstances.

Larissa specialises in financial reviews, business restructuring and formal appointments (Liquidations, Receiverships, Voluntary Administrations) with businesses of all sizes from many industries. Larissa has undertaken engagements in New Zealand, Australia, United Arab Emirates, America, Canada and Europe. Her key sector experience is in financial services, retail, hospitality, IT, construction, agriculture and transport.
Larissa is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Chartered Accountant, Councillor for the Auckland Region of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, steering committee member for Women and Restructuring and Insolvency in New Zealand and member of Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association of New Zealand.
