Michael Lawless

Director
Michael Lawless is a Director in our Strategy and Transactions Practice and is based in Sydney, NSW.

Michael has over 12 years’ experience in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy and specialises in formal insolvency appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations and Deeds of Company Arrangement. Michael has been involved in formal engagements across a wide variety of industries, including mining, construction, engineering, retail, aged care and financial services. Michael has also been involved in a number of financial capacity assessments for Government clients and Safe Harbour advisory roles across a variety of industries.

Michael is passionate about helping organisations navigate financial distress and recovering value for stakeholders.
